A Little About Me
I’m Emma, a wellness chef and nutritional therapy practitioner in my early 30s, and my journey with food began in an unexpected way. Five years ago, I was burnt out, exhausted, and dealing with chronic inflammation. That’s when my doctor told me something that changed my life: “Your body needs real nourishment food is your medicine.”
I left my corporate career and dove headfirst into learning everything about how food heals. I earned my certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and trained in culinary arts. But more importantly, I discovered that food that’s good for you doesn’t have to taste like medicine it can be absolutely delicious.
Now, as a certified wellness chef, I’ve turned that discovery into a mission: to help you feel incredible in your body through recipes that actually taste amazing.
